Handloom Bazar – Return & Refund Policy
At Handloom Bazar , customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We deal only in authentic Sambalpuri handloom products and maintain strict quality checks. Please read our Return, Replacement, Cancellation, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
General Return Conditions
To be eligible for any return or replacement:
All original tags and labels must be intact
Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
Product must be in original packaging
Unboxing video is mandatory in case of damage, wrong, or missing items
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
1️⃣ If by mistake a damaged, defective, rejected, or wrong-colour product is delivered, we will accept the return or provide a replacement immediately after verification.
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
2️⃣ No return, no exchange, no refund on dislike basis.
3️⃣ Minor colour variation due to digital photography, lighting, or screen resolution is not considered a defect.
Important Return Rules
4️⃣ Customer must share a clear photos for any return request.
5️⃣ Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
6️⃣ You have 1 day from the delivery date to initiate a return request.
Replacement Only Policy
We offer replacement or exchange within 1–2 days of delivery, subject to verification.
Replacement will be processed only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
Cancellation Policy
1️⃣ Orders can be cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
2️⃣ No cancellation or refund is possible once the 24-hour delivery window has started.
How to Request Cancellation

3️⃣ Cancellation will be processed only after a formal request is received.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
4️⃣ Refund applicable if:
Order was successfully cancelled
Order was not delivered (excluding customer unavailability cases)
Verified quality issue (after internal investigation)
5️⃣ Refunds are issued only in case of service failure or verified product issues.
Management’s decision will be final.
6️⃣ Refund amount will never exceed the amount paid by the customer.
Handloom Bazar is not liable for any loss beyond the paid amount.
7️⃣ Store credit, if issued, has no cash value.
8️⃣ Discounted or exempted amounts are non-refundable.
9️⃣ Extra amount credited to Handloom Bazar account is not refundable but may be used for future orders.
10️⃣ Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days.
Policy Authority
11️⃣ In all matters related to returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds, Handloom Bazar decision will be final.
12️⃣ Handloom Bazar reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be notified via email or website announcement.
