Handloom Bazar, operated by Priya Fashion, is one of India’s leading Sambalpuri Handloom reselling platforms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed for home delivery through our website or app.

2. Delivery Timings & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

Deliveries are made all days of the week

During high order volume, shipping may be delayed by 1 day

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges apply to all orders. For parcels up to 500 grams, delivery charges range from ₹60 to ₹150, depending on the destination state. Final shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Shipping Partners

Handloom Bazar Delivery Boy, E-COME Express, Delivery Courier, DTDC, Speed Post, or equivalent courier services.

Estimated Delivery Time

5–7 working days

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS with tracking details. Tracking information will also be available on the website.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team immediately.

3. Discounts

All discounts and offers are decided solely by the Handloom Bazar team.

Multiple discounts or offers cannot be combined.

4. Address Change

Address changes are allowed free of cost if requested before 1 day of delivery

Address change is not possible after dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled due to late address change requests

5. Order Change

Order changes with price adjustments are allowed before 1 day of delivery

Changes requested after this time will not be entertained

Orders will not be cancelled once processing begins

6. Product Representation

Sambalpuri handloom products may slightly differ from images due to:

Different weavers or vendors

Seasonal availability

Handcrafted nature of products

If substitutions are required, they will be of equal or higher quality. Minor colour variations are acceptable and not considered defects.

7. Damaged Deliveries

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 2 days of delivery

Complaint must be supported with clear images 

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted

8. Delivery Rules

a) Delivery will be made strictly as per instructions provided.

b) Handloom Bazar will attempt delivery only once.

An order will be considered delivered/executed in the following cases:

Incorrect shipping address

Recipient not available

Premises locked

Incorrect phone number

Recipient refuses delivery

No re-delivery or refund will be applicable in these cases.

9. Duplicate Orders

If duplicate orders are detected, we will attempt to contact the customer. If unreachable, Handloom Bazar reserves the right to take the final decision.

10. Fraudulent Activity

Handloom Bazar reserves the right to cancel orders or ban customers involved in:

Fake or incorrect address

Abusive or unethical communication

Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Such actions may be taken without prior notice.

11. Unfounded Recipient

If the intended recipient is unavailable and delivery instructions specify delivery to the recipient only, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

12. Courier Disclaimer

Delivery dates and timings cannot be guaranteed. Orders are delivered between 8 AM – 7 PM and may take additional time depending on logistics and availability.

13. Right to Refuse Service

Handloom Bazar reserves the right to extend or refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

14. Modification of Terms

Handloom Bazar may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the complete agreement between you and Handloom Bazar.

By using our services, you agree to receive transactional and promotional SMS, calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

17. Customer Feedback

To ensure quality service, Handloom Bazar may contact customers for feedback after delivery.

18. Legal Action

Any unethical or fraudulent activity will be treated seriously. Handloom Bazar reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required.
